The examination sessions are scheduled to run from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

No. 13-CA (EXAM)/NOVEMBER – DECEMBER/2023: In accordance with Regulation 22 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is pleased to announce the schedule for the upcoming Chartered Accountants Foundation, Intermediate, and Final Examinations. These examinations will be held at the specified dates and locations listed below, subject to the availability of a sufficient number of candidates for each of the mentioned places.
Likewise, examinations for the Post Qualification Course under Regulation 204, namely the International Taxation – Assessment Test (INTT – AT) and Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) Technical Examination (open to members of the Institute), will also be conducted at the dates and centers within India as indicated below, contingent upon the presence of a sufficient number of candidates at each of the mentioned places.

CA Inter level, the objective is to assess students’ fundamental and practical understanding of various accounting, cost, taxation, auditing, and financial management concepts. CA Intermediate ICAI Exam Form for November 2023
CA Inter students are required to submit the application form to participate in the ICAI exams scheduled for November 2023. To make online payments, students are required to use debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, and other electronic payment methods. In the event that a student is unable to complete their registration within the stipulated time frame, they will be subject to additional late registration fees. For Indian and Nepalese students, this fee amounts to Rs 600, while candidates from abroad will be charged a fee of US $10.
ICAI CA Intermediate November 2023 Exam Guidelines
- CA Inter students are required to maintain discipline and decorum in the examination hall.
- Invigilators have the authority to take strict action against any candidate found cheating, using digital devices, or engaging in conversations with fellow candidates during the exam. Invigilators are empowered to disqualify such candidates.
- Students are expected to bring their own writing materials, such as pens, pencils, erasers, calculators, etc. It is strictly prohibited to borrow these items from other candidates during the examination.
